I wish there was something I was really good at or enjoyed that I could make a career out of. Or my family ran a business I could work at.

Someone plan my life for me pls. Idk what I'm doinggggf

hi SeductiveCactus
I disagree. You are at exactly the right age to be asking this question. You are wise to do so. You invite ideas and explain your situation clearly - no family business or obvious interest or skill. That is like many if not most people btw.
Do not underestimate the power of such a self analysis. It is said many jobs people your age will do in their lives will not exist now. When I was your age computers were the size of rooms and I learned to enter data on cardboard cards with holes cut out of them. So relax as you can achieve nothing when stressed and examine your world and self again. Think what is important to you - say income and therefore would you work at a job you did not enjoy to get income? Alternatively find what you like and do that with less money. You can plan a life to be a journey of exploration without known goals. The pace of technological change is now so fast it will all be unrecognisable soon anyway.
Best wishes
:)

I found, when I was unhappy with my work life as it was, I started doing volunteer work. Different things at different times. I discovered what I enjoyed and started my own business doing what I wanted to do.

When they say that your future only depends on you:

Don't worry darling, I've been through that. My advice is to take your time to think about what you want to your life.
I thought this my whole life.

You can always work for the post office.
Hard for most of us I'm afraid.
