How 'old' is 'too old' to wear leggings?

When you're too dead to pull them up.

I don't think the question is about age. It's should be more about weight restrictions.

I always wear a long Top with my Leggings.

It's more the age of the leggings than the age of the wearer. That 'well-loved' pair that's a bit see-through and oddly stained is probably best saved for 'at home' days.

No such age.

Not ever too old I think but just feel they should be those layered types so no one needs to see the undies or lack there of underneath when bending over.
