Do you think it's stupid some moderators on some forums don't ban threads where members are rude to each other?

Well people are becoming that way more and more unfortunately. I think unless it specifically and clearly violates the rules of the site in question, it's hard to make the judgment call. Where is the line drawn between bullying and harassing vs stating an opinion. And then they have to also weigh what is offensive to one might not be offensive to others, so they probably have to discuss it and come to the conclusion of what do we do.

As for sw, I've noticed they run a fairly clean site compared to others and don't tolerate too many questionable things.

It seems as rude as it's always been. The good conversations make up for it though
