Do you follow your brain or your heart?

Neither when possible. They're both fucking stupid. I don't follow shit. I forge my own path. I manipulate my brain and my heart, because both have no idea wtf they're doing.

Example: the primary purpose of the frontal lobe [the "you" part] is to rationalize instincts from the amygdala. So, "I really shouldn't eat this entire tub of cookies and cream ice cream....oh well, I'll just workout harder tomorrow." I.e. The brain is dumb.

And im sure we all know the heart is even dumber.

both thats why i dont do relationships with people anymore or online anything anymore. you end up getting hurt by others so you have to smarten up and say no mare. no more trusting.
