Home made coleslaw. Easy to make. Inexpensive and one head of cabbage and a couple of carrots makes a whole lot of slaw.

How about a couple of pounds of deli sliced cheese and some kind of sliced deli meat. Make rolls of meat and cheese and hold together with a toothpick you can put and olive on the toothpick for garnish.
