Does your phone know more about you than you do?

See I was reading a little about this the other day. Our phones have better memories than we do. They know everywhere we go and have been, how many steps we take, often a pretty good estimate of how much we sleep. Where and when photos happened, all our messages and web searches... It is a little scary sometimes.
