How far are you willing to go to prove a point?

Not that far. If I have to go wayyy out of my way to prove something, my "point" is not what people will remember or care about, and I'll probably look like an idiot in the process.

I feel the same sometimes. But I also feel like I need to educate some morons every now and then.

As far as it takes. Unless they start to lose their mind or get violent about it. Because I don't need to prove my point to a lunatic. Only to people who can handle conversation.

That's smart, I've been through that. Sometimes things are better left unsaid.

I'd probably go as far as letting people find out the hard way that I was right (given that I'm actually right 😜), which comes down to: not much effort for me.
Not that far -- let them find out for them selves that they are wrong😏

Sometimes I do the same 😏
@xjesse24: Its all good when you see the embarrassment on there faces😁

@SBelle: That's exactly why I do it 😂

If it pays me well so I would go until proven. Otherwise, I would rather retreat if I have to do it to a goof.

Of course, you'd just be wasting your time.

Depends on how important it is to make the point. I usually won't go very far for it.

That's very modest, and sensible.
No point in such indulgence, if the outcome leads to conflicts and further chaos.

I would probably use a theorem

Of course, the most elaborate manner
