Does it ever amaze you how eager people are to complain?
It's like some people aren't happy unless they complaining. I think a little patience and understanding could go a long way at times.

No. Not at all. For a while we have been festering a nation of victims. People actually WANT to be victims. Insane! In my day and time, that is, of my youth and my Parents time, NO ONE wished to be a victim.
Mistakes will always be made, but tolerance for anything but accuracy 100% of the time is not tolerated. People have found that by complaining they oft get more than what they are deserving of. And so they rape the system.

Yes the squeaky wheel gets the grease sort of thing. I seem to remember a time when there wasn't a competition to see who has it worse.
