short dresses and yet dont be stared at!

just because a woman is wearing a dress doesn't mean that she deserves to be disrespected.

Because the kind of men who stare and gape lack subtlety and respect.

And sadly, many men seem to interpret a women's attire, posture, even just a smile etc. as an invitation. Just because she's in a dress and her legs are showing doesn't mean men are freed from acting like respectful people to become hee-hawing donkeys cat-calling her, staring inappropriately and making comments. That's the difference.

Less the fact they perv, more to do with the fact they think they can do and say what they like to a woman showing skin.

because we can wear what we want like anyone else. Staring is not really the issue. It's more about being harassed or called at. Not in my experience because that's never happened to me. It's like someone coming up to you and not liking what you wear and punching you in the face. It doesn't make any sense.

A short dress is less confining, therefore more comfortable. Avoids snow white legs too. It is not about being "eye candy". 👘

I suppose one could move to a Muslim community then... 🤔
