no not at all. in fact i wouldn't mind if husband has other affairs... it gives us more time for ourselves. considering that we both have stable socio-economic income on both sides

Not wrong. Just different. As long as everyone involved is aware of what they're getting into and agrees to it there's nothing wrong with it in my opinion.

If everyone involved with it is happy then it's their business. I wouldn't be happy in that sort of relationship, and it's against my morals but that's me.
