How can i get my husband to move to another state

Where I live I absolutely HATE it! I live right next to the Juarez border. I don't want to live here anymore. I am looking into getting a certain degree and if you live here you are required to speak Spanish which is something I refuse to do, infact every job here wants you to speak Spanish. I hate how dirty and nasty our downtown looks " bright pink, yellow, blue buildings" is disgusting and tacky. We have thousands of people crossing over just to stand around and beg for money and it's horrible. My husband wants to stay because boo he has a few friends. That's not enough to make anyone stay in this shit hole. I feel like we live in God damn Mexico and I want out. Any advice please

@DidIHurtYourFeelings: Assuming the house can get sold, the trick is finding the new job far far from the border I guess. Hopefully he is easily employable?

@DownTheStreet: he works a government job. Ugh if there was no border here I would probably be just fine. I lived all over the states and never felt this way until I moved to this dump
