It did not in any way suggest that there must be probable cause before calling for an investigation or conducting one. I repeat, all Congress needs to justify an investigation is that the subject or goal of the investigation relates to a subject upon which Congress may take action. It's a very broad power.

So I also trust Trump.. Maybe even more so (than Obama or the other dynasty families) because he is rich and beholden to no one, but the citizens of the USA...
