What's the weridest thing a kid has said to you?

Maybe this isn't weird...but

One time after church I was putting my things away, getting ready to leave. All the sudden this adorable girl of about 4 or 5 sitting ahead of me with her parents turns and says to me, "My mom doesn't know how to text!" I laughed, smiled and said, "Neither does mine kiddo!"

He told me the monster was watching us

Recently I was with friends watching an old black & white tv show set in San Francisco, probably from the 1960s. Their youngest who was about 5, asked me, "was that how things looked when [i]you[/i] were a child ?" Thinking he was talking about the styles and cars, I said, "yes, I guess that [i]was[/i] how it all looked." He frowned, as if he were trying to work it all out and then asked,
"So what happened ? One day you woke up and everything was in color ?" 😁
