Had a sharp pain in the right side of my neck and then whole torso starts to feel a numb pain

Called a non emergency number and they were going to get ambulance for me but I told them I'd refuse to go so they told me to take pain killers and go to my GP tomorrow. I don't know if I want to go the pain keeps coming and going now pain in right arm..
