What would go through your mind if you saw someone wearing a coat with the hood up indoors?

Not much because the AC in my house doesn't work well. I've a coat with the hood up now.

If I saw the person in that picture in my house though...

I meant more like in a store or a restaurant or a mall. But yes, it would indeed be creepy seeing me wearing that hood inside your house.

Store or mall is fine- restaurant would be a little weird but eh. Having your hood up is a trend I guess, so it's not uncommon to see anyway.
