Yes, in real life for a short while by some American dude who lived near me, he used to wait for me at the bus stop and put notes in my door asking me out, he'd turn up at my place of work or where I went out with my friends, he used to say things like "I really liked last week when I saw you in the white top and black skirt".. he was creepy. It stopped as I moved away from the area..
online I had a person who managed to find me no matter where/what site I went to, I presume he and his friends managed to access my gmail and knew where I had profiles, that was creepy, he/they were reading all my mail.. to this day for all I know he might be still doing that.. not that I care.. all he's going to see are receipts to my internet shopping and boring things like that..

@Cognosco: There are complete psychopathic people in the world. It could be anyone, from that girl you mentioned to some random person who just saw you at a grocery store once or twice. It's not hard to find out a phone number.

He got my number from a friend of a friend and wouldn't leave me alone. I only met him once. He would send me pics of myself that he'd taken and make threats like "I know where you live. I know your face. I have friends who can make you do what I want." I ended up going to the cops and a lawyer. @SWKing:
