I've made enemies with my upstairs neighbors

My roommate and I have sent kind noise compliant letters to them because they like to be extremely loud during sleeping hours. Well they wrote a very mean letter back, so my roommate went up to talk to them and tried to make peace. Well they have decided to make matters worse. At least we tried too bad we failed.
