Men are attracted to female breast, some women are too, but can you explain why?

People like it, may be because of the visual, but don't you think it's an induced thing? Why not any other part of the body, why breasts? Why no shoulders? I'm by talking about personal fetishes, but in general. I couldn't find a reason why, but people are all attracted to them, I do, but I don't know why other than primal reasons. If you have an explanation, you are welcome. I'm open to ideas.
