@SW-User Tents are nice…until you start thinking about the 180 thread count of protection between you and a black bear. 😂

@LunarOrbit I know about bears and all that good stuff. lol
I just love wooded areas and camping out. As a teen, I lived in an area where bears were a bit more common.

I've slept outdoors for the past three nights because it was too hot inside. I get woken up by blackbirds at dawn for the first time, then by the hot sun shining on my face about 2 hours later. Yesterday I spent hours picking strawberries and a few cherries while climbing cherry trees. I don't remember when was the last time I had such sore muscles. 😅 These days are beautiful but nothing lasts forever.

Especially when the weather is nice.
There are places close to my house that are great for walking or hiking.

Rather cold today but still beautiful here in the middle of the countryside. It's often a solitary life but I'm happy enough.

@LunarOrbit That is just a small part. The tidy herb section is now full.Ha!The main part of my yard is a mess with projects going on, but yes... I love it even though it's very basic. It's like walking into another world, that is how it feels to me.
Snow... Wisconsin. lol
