Experienceproject zip file

When I opened up SW last night, some instructions on how to retrieve old EP information came up. I think I have the file okay, but I don't seem to be able to open it with a zip file reader.
Can anyone help?

Yes, I downloaded my stuff from EP and it handed me a zip file. I uploaded it here, as per instructions, and it told me to wait a while before the results appeared.

I'm still waiting.

I deleted all my stories,the night before ep shut down. I think I kept the questions up though. I never asked questions till the end in regards to Ep shutting down.

I imported my EP file but I can't see it anywhere - the message was that I would be informed when it was ready for access.
