Do you think physically strong/athletic people, in their old age get upset when they look back & recall how strong they were but now it's opposite?

old age isn't for sissies

We are mostly too busy looking forward to whine about what was. Still mentally strong and strong enough to accomplish quite a bit. Learn to work smarter, not harder.

This also happens to young people when they get injured. The sense of weakness and incapability is not easy on the soul.

Oh yeah … for sure. Same goes for pro athletes who retire from their profession. They’re still in the prime of their life and ‘jobless’ that’s gotta take a strain mentally sometimes hence the reason why a lot of them suffer from depression it’s like all go like a fire rocket 🚀 then nothing’ 🍃

I also think athletes have to push themselves through experiences the rest of us take time to heal or recover from like grief etc …. Great question

Absolutely I'm not even that old but not being able to do some ticktok or YouTube trends frustrate me...but on the same note it makes me strive to do better

Not really. I’ve got tons of physical strength. It’s the gas tank that’s most affected.

Certainly very frustrating
Depends on their attitude about getting older. Not everyone sees it the same way. Not everyone ages in the same way, for that matter. People who stay fit, tend to be fit elderly people, and many are grateful.
