I've been sleeping under a quit cover with no quilt in and I'ma still too hot at night, I accidentally knocked me lamp over last night, in turn this knocked my full glass of water all over my quilt cover and bed, couldn't be arsed to get a fresh one so slept under a wet cold quilt cover, best nights sleep I've had in ages!

@AntisocialTroll my nana always tells me to sleep under a wet towel when it’s too hot. I know what you mean about not being arsed - I’m currently being taunted by the sounds of an ice cream van but I ain’t moving 😂😂
Not sure how it would work with getting rain all the time, but some people get a window A/C unit, and will leave it in for the hot seasons and remove it until needed again. But that's all in the states, not sure how that all would work elsewhere.
@BalmyNites Actually I wish it was always hot lol. It changes. I mean the monsoon has started and this is the worst time to be here. It's going to be damp lol and the worst part about the monsoons is the roads are swimming pools 😅.
We Indians don't get a subsidy for anything lol. It's either given as a subsidy and taken away in taxes to be eventually marked as NIL 😂
@Beatbox34 Yes but it’s not cold, despite the monsoon 😊 Consider this is our Summer time & right up until the last couple of weeks, we had minus temps overnight
