F9 (fast and furious) is out, what do you all think of the franchise?

I like it, its action packed and full of impossible stunts but i think Dom is far too powerful. A humbling scene for him would be nice heck even batman got a good butt whooping from bane and it made him more compelling.

Dom isn't too powerful.....he's of the emotional/sensitive/brooding type....it's fun....good with popcorn....y'know?

You want art? Check out a subtitled movie! Something to make you think? Get yourself a Chris Nolan movie....

Just want fun...no real thinking....then F & F is fine for that...

I get all that but have you seen him lose a fight or a race? Never! That's the only problem I have with the franchise. Otherwise yes they are good for watching.

@SW-User I know what you mean.....maybe they're just concentrating (?!?) on making him emotionally weak (ie, vulnerable) at times rather than the physical?

But yeah...if his car broke down....or he tripped over his shoelace in a fight....that might be cool! Lol!

@SW-User I agree. I think it's because of Vin Diesel's personality. He tries way too hard to look like he is the most badass person out there who is the best at everything. I think he even had some issues with The Rock at some point. They have some sort of feud now. That's why The Rock is not in F9.

Exactly. In my opinion Dom should have lost the fight with Hobbs in Fast Five.
