I'm going to be 30 and single

Don't really want to get married much less have kids. I'll just work, save up and find a nice hobby or something.

Plus my purpose in life is now my aging parents, really want to help them out.

Almost sounds like my situation. Never got married, am 44, single, I just work try to save money, and my hobby is this computer.

I've lived out on my own, but, because of medical reasons, after moving back home 20 years ago, I have decided to stay at home.
