Anyone taking Pregnenolone?

It’s a precursor hormone that supports steroid hormones. Our bodies make it, but as we get older, we need to supplement. Pregnenolone boosts memory and concentration, reduces aches and pains of arthritis, and helps depression and fatigue.

I will be starting to take it next week and would like to know if someone has experience with it.

@Wiseacre if it's for you, go for it, seems most docs just want you coming back to make them relivent to society the way I see it .

Did you need a prescription? Doesn't sound like something my doctor would even think of prescribing.
