What ARE these COINS about?

I have some 19,000 coins, and I don't even know what they are. What does anyone do with pretend coins?
If this is SW money, then what is there that we may buy with our coins?

I really don't know much about money, because somebody always pays for things on my behalf. Now, I am stuck in a Children's Hospital, somewhere, and I feel so lonely. I haven't seen my parents in nearly a year.

Yesterday, I was so angry and frustrated I became destructive. I started pulling the tubes outta my neck. There was a lot of blood, and they knocked me out.
I awoke posied down, so I couldn't hurt myself, and my head was POUNDING.
I am lightly sedated today, and they did give me my phone back, so I am okay.
I jumped down some nice lady' throat, because... Okay, I don't know why, but I couldn't stop crying, and...

I'm not dangerous. I'm maybe a little too smart for my own good, and sometimes people get afraid of me, but I am just a kid in a big lonely world. I have thousands of coins, and nothing to buy. I don't ven know how to buy stuff if ther IS stuff.
