Short term relief, as in singing again for a show or recording, 2 squirts of Afrin in the back of your throat. Long term, gargle salt water 3x a day and rest.

@Maruti800isthebest if you don’t have to sing for a week or so the gargle the salt water and rest your voice for a week. Maybe less. You’ll be good.
