Have anyone else heard this? Maybe it’s a California thing
When you order something and pick it up. They don’t put the plastic pouch with forks, Spoons, Knives and napkins because you have this stuff at home.

It depends. There's some cities that disallow plastic utensils for certain size restaurants. And a lot of restaurants do it on their own. I'm in CA and plastic is taken pretty seriously given the how big the coastline is.

Probably is California...home of the paper-straws wrapped in plastic and reusable grocery bags that were not allowed due to Covid and fear of germs.

@cherokeepatti We had that here (Illinois) for a while. Now my grocery delivery likes to get its plastic bags returned and David does that for me after every trip. It saves space in the trash cans, and assorted garbage in general.
