Great blues are protected . We have issues with them and Cormorants on fish predation . My biologists don’t like them very much

we have those around here. They’ll steal koi fish out of water gardens and leave the cheap goldfish alone.

@travelguy01 One lady about a mile from where I live kept coming home to find her koi fish gone. She replaced it twice but they were so expensive she couldn’t keep doing it. So the last time she got a security cam to see who was stealing her fish and it was a blue heron. It wouldn’t even try to get the cheap-to-replace goldfish. Only wanted the $100 koi fish.
