Do you find it difficult to speak verbally about your problems? Do you feel that you don't wish to discuss them with people you know? I'm wondering whether I'm alone in this, or if you have the same issue finding an outlet, hence we're here perhaps. X

Yes, since I was always said to be quiet and never tell anyone how I feel. Just to smile, just to smile.
So I never learned to tell anyone, even when I bullied back in high school, even when I thought dying.
I coudn't talk to anyone ... :( I closed all these within my heart.
