Would this be weird

I moved closer to my mom and dad because my mom was sick. I transferred also. When my mom passed away I stayed for my dad. He passed in May. We have to sale their house because we can’t afford the mortgage. We can get a house in other state. Would it be weird if I transfer to my old store I left to be with my parents?

No, not at all, especially if you left on good terms and was valued. I’m not sure if the Family Leave act would protect you. If you can talk to a trusted past Manager, I would do that to start, if you wanted to go back. Of course you may want to transfer, to a different state and a new start. You did the right thing, by looking after your parents. That alone will make your life easier. My best wishes and Happy Thanksgiving.😊
