Apparently I need to network more...

I have a job asking me for references. An actual HR rep, not a generic email asking for references.

It is a web-based survey reference.
I was able to sample it to look at similar questions it'd ask.

It is literally more than 10 open-ended questions regarding me!
There are like 5 multiple choice questions

I'm like, do I even have 5 work people that I can trust to give me a good feedback?

I think I do though but man that is alot to ask of someone😰

Five? I've never had to give more than three.

I had one job tell me I would need to give three manager level references and I just laughed.

@SW-User Yes,! exactly. I was prepared for the 3 but I'm like crap..I thin I can do it though. the only problem is , what if they don't complete it?

@iamnikki Send each person a Linkedin, email or text that you're doing this. Thank them for any time they have to spend on it.

Maybe the place asks for 5 in the hopes they get three back.

@SW-User oh yea, I was gonna text. I can email a few as well. It asks for 2 managers, certainly not using my current management. I'll use my old manager and my internship manager, but that was 2 years ago, and I'm afraid that's been too long ago. I haven't spoken to her in like a year.
