The voting machine could be easily hacked via a smartphone or a few minutes to install software via a thumb drive. The vote counter was set so for every Trump vote 1.3 (or 1.25 or 1.4 or whatever number was decided on) was recorded for Biden. The trouble was they never expected the number of actual, legitimate votes that were cast for Trump (remember the hugely predicted blue wave?). It quickly overwhelmed the falsification algorithm built into the software. The Biden stooges keeping an eye on things quickly realized things weren't going their way and the vote counting was stopped and most people sent home. Calls went out and in the small hours of the evening vans arrived with faked up Biden mail in ballots.
Then the counting was resumed the next morning with Republican poll watchers kept well back so they couldn't observe anything.
This also partly explains why Biden hid out in his basement and only emerged on those days when his handlers thought he was having a good day. Partly they were afraid of whatever nonsense his damaged brain might cause to come out of his mouth, and mainly because they knew the fix was in and they didn't have to let him speak.
