@Stereoguy Ahhhh, so splendid to hear that, this morning. It’s a little chilly here and yesterday, I had a dump truck load of seasoned split oak delivered and stacked.

Looking forward to the first fire of the season, tonight! I love that and will celebrate but I need to alert the accountant to send you a deposit on one of your lots!!!!!! Hahahahahaha!!!
