Question about humidifiers. Ive been waking up in the middle of the night with a dry mouth a lot lately. Would a humidifier help? If so

Would it be better for me to get the warm mist, or the cool mist?

Depending on where you live, natural air humidity should be sufficient for you. Please try not to become too dependent on technical things for something as natural as breathing. A glass of water next to your bed might help.

@helenS you dont understand. Its always been fine not having one until this. My saliva glands are swollen and ive been waking up from dry mouth which has been effecting my sleep and its driving me insane. Its probably the reason its still swollen, so maybe a humidifier would help

@MntoNc Have you consulted a doctor?
