When the two primary presidential candidates are Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, I do think I'm a lot smarter than the masses of this stupid nation. But perhaps that isn't saying much.

I'm struggling with this concept. How does one measure the intelligence or quantify the rank of intelligence against another?
