Why do people see quietness as a sign of weakness
What strength does communication show other than an ability to make noise.

Some are just better at communicating with others. Some are just quiet in their nature, I hate it when extroverts put the spot light on someone who is a little quiet and it makes them feel uncomfortable. If people like to use a lot of words they should include the one called empathy and not embarrass others.

well if a quietness in girls, then males see it as a strength. A very boisterous girl is not appreciated at all by guys.
