I dunno...there needs to be some rules and conditions.
Such as, is the customer over the age of, say, 24? Or we could go with "old enough to vote, old enough to get beat down."
Second, is the customer capable of putting three words together in a cohesive sentence? If no, then this little misunderstanding could simply be chalked up to "babbling idiot."
And so on.
