What makes an actor A list, B list etc? What the hell does that even mean?

A list are the folks you want. They always draw crowds, perform well, are professional etc. B list are what you get when you can't get A list. There are ok but are mostly fill in. C list is what you use when you're desperate and there aren't A & B who are willing. D list is something like a crack whore...
