When they talk about chemicals being “imbalanced” in the brain causing anxiety/depression...what chemicals are actually not balanced?

I have no idea.. half the time i think doctors really have no idea either.. they just experiment on people sometimes

I'm no doctor or any such thing, but I do believe the most common ones referred to are serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine.
