Why do some of us love a good thunderstorm, while others are frightened of them?

I've lived through 5 tornadoes and a hurricane. So when it storms and the wind picks up, I get anxious.

If it's just a small storm with no high winds, I don't really get scared, but I get anxious thinking the lightning will knock the power out (as it often does in my area).

I hate loud noises, Power outages, mango tree banging on my wall, flooding, low visibility on the road & NO ONE IN THIS STATE CAN DRIVE. I can go on.

I love a good thunderstorm when I'm indoors, I'm frightened of them when I'm outside because I will be cold and wet

Some people just don't like winter, period.

Cuz some people are pussies
