it's extremely difficult to bring myself to believe in an omnipotent, all powerful being with infinite wisdom and love when i look at the world around me..

Most religious belief system are based on a reward or punishment doctrine that [i]requires[/i] complete submission to the deity..

How can you have infinite love if you're willing to impose infinite suffering..

I believe there's more to this life than what we perceive with our senses. I believe in a spiritual world and "something bigger" out there. I have trouble believing in a specific religion's conception of God, but I think all religions are onto something. Maybe just different ways at understanding the same thing.
