Everybody's favourite everyman, Tom Hanks is 64 today

@Peaches there are so many movies he just was so good in. I loved him in Philadelphia and Forrest Gump. I recently saw him as Mr. Rogers in "A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood" and loved it!

@Peaches I was surprised at how interesting the movie really was! I have new respect for Fred Rogers because of how Tom Hanks portrayed him. I highly recommend seeing it!

Really interesting the range of characters and movies folk liked.

@Picklebobble2 Yes. One I would like to see again is [i]Nothing in Common[/i], where he starred with Jackie Gleason.

@chrisCA His really early work is rarely shown which i think is a shame.
I remember watching [i]He knows you're alone ~ 1980[/i] Something of a third rate 'slasher' movie before even the Freddy Kruger stuff happened and thought.....nobody will ever make a movie like that again !

No, not at all. I do know that the current president of my country, was also accused by an individual of being "raped" by him when she was 12 or 13. I was wondering if you believed that accusation, also.
