2020, the gift that keeps giving

So, apart from this pandemic that has caused great pain to many, myself included. Losing my Mum, lost my aunt this morning to cancer and now my other aunt is in hospital with the virus. Is it normal to feel like I am suffocating with losing family members so shortly after another?
