What's something about you that scares you?

Someone was verbally abusing me and I lost my temper and choked them. Then I choked the person who tried to stop me.

I can get violent if I am pushed too much and I hate that. I wanna give hugs not brain damage.

My temper. I have homicidal tendencies due to ptsd that caused unresolved anger issues.

Definitely my anger.
