Remembering the 2016 Olympics in Rio, yikes. The water in the bay was highly polluted & badly littered, crowded slums on hillsides and a lot of other things. The beaches are probably a vector of infections not to mention other places.

Raw sewage from millions of people flowing into the bay daily, it’s not a healthy thing.
