I knew that my husband and mother in law were abused by my father in law

He would emotionally and physically abuse my husband and mother in law when he was kid, he used to lock my husband in one room and verbally abuse him telling him he is a waste and he don't know anything, he used to beat my mother in law. I don't like my father in law. I wish I could punish him for his deeds.
