How do I grow confidence to ask out guys?

I know how you feel. Just ask, the worst thing that can happen is they laugh at you.

Just ask them if they want to hang out sometime, especially if you're already friends. Like, suggest meeting up for lunch, or coffee, with no pressure for anything else, and you even pay for yours.

Accept that you will rejected and that doesn't mean you're worthless. You have worth and love and all of the rest of it, you just gotta practice at it. Go ahead, ask me out and see what I say.

For the most part men are pretty straight forward. I think if you just say, I like you, if they are interested, they’ll respond.

If you were older I would tell you the secret to success in this area.
