Funny but I thought about this when I awoke this morning and now you are asking.
Yes I am sleeping more and better. I spent most of my life sleeping 5 hours a night, often less with a 15 minute nap somewhere in the day. Often I would wake up in the night for an hour.
Now I am sleeping through the night most nights and getting 7 to 8 hours sleep. With the schools closed I am not setting an alarm to get up to take grandkids to school. The neighborhood sounds have also changed so less to alert me during the night.
Or maybe old age is catching up and I need more sleep.

Good morning. I was never much of a morning person so I usually sleep in by most standards. Woke up a bit ago with sweats but it鈥檚 an oddity.

I feel awesome! I really do feel much more healthy. Just like they say, getting proper sleep is probably the best way to stay healthy. Sadly we all don't get enough.@Stereoguy
