Well... I do [b]MY[/b] best work on my own, but I do work as part of a team as you know. I can function either way.

As a group. I can do great work on my own but I love being part of a group.

Part of a team in a large company with lots of teams. I guess we would never say group, lol. I like it.

As a group. I like being in charge and delegating task and what not. But I'm very capable on my own.

Individual, but I can be in a group as long as I'm not responsible for what others do.

The best group I ever worked with was the one composed by only myself. 😆
